Preserve flowers with hairspray

A bouquet of flowers is something beautiful. Unfortunately, however, the shelf life of flowers is very limited, so that the bouquet often has to be disposed of after just a few days.

- Secure the bouquet upside down to a ceiling with a loose ribbon. Dry rooms that are not drafty but still airy are particularly suitable for preserving your flowers.
- Now spray the floral structure extensively with commercially available hairspray. Be generous in doing this. You can use up half a bottle when spraying.
- Then all you have to do is wait until the flowers have dried a little.
