You can use either salt, sugar, or ground nuts for your scrub. While sea salt is a very effective means of combating keratinization skin normal table salt and table sugar are suitable for the whole body. Salt and olive oil shower peeling for normal and oily skin
- Put 5 tablespoons of sea salt or table salt in a shatterproof bowl and pour a little olive oil over it. Mix the peeling into a spreadable mass.
