  6. Such a product, also known as a wallpaper base for non-woven wallpapers, evens out color differences on the wall. These arise, for example, on the filled areas, which you can prevent showing through.
  7. By priming the substrate, you also regulate its absorbency, which is extremely important when wallpapering. If the wall absorbs the moisture from the wallpaper paste too quickly, smooth wallpapering is a real challenge. If, on the other hand, it sucks too little, there is a risk that the wallpaper will peel off again. In both cases the effort has been in vain and the result is disappointing.
