Operate the gas convector correctly

Only operate your gas convector in adequately ventilated rooms. Do not cover the device or place any flammable objects in front of it.

1. To start up your gas convector, first open the gas connection tap.
2. Then turn control knob 1 to the ignition position and push it in.
3. Now press the second control button to ignite the flame until the pilot flame burns.
4. Now hold down control button 1 for about ten seconds and then release it again.

5. If the flame goes out, you may only repeat the ignition process after three minutes.
6. If the pilot light is burning, you can set the desired temperature.

Room heater - make settings

1. If the selected room temperature does not meet your needs, you can either lower or increase it by setting a lower or higher number.
2. For the night, set control knob 1 to a lower number or to the pilot light symbol.
3. If you want to take the gas convector out of operation for a short time, turn control knob 1 to the right beyond the ignition position as far as it will go.
4. In the event of longer interruptions in commissioning, also close the gas connection tap.
5. If you then want to operate the gas convector again, you have to wait 60 seconds because of the restart lock.
6. Make sure that your gas convector is regularly serviced in order to be able to guarantee its operational safety at all times. In this context, the exhaust flap must also be checked for functionality and cleaned of dirt.
