  4. Then cut the cabbage leaves into thin strips and put everything in a bowl. Add the salt and sugar and mix everything together very well. Let that salad now draw for about half an hour.

  6. In the meantime, take a pan and let the cubes of bacon rest for approx. Fry lightly for 1 minute and add these and the caraway seeds to the salad immediately and mix everything again very well.
  7. Of water, vinegar, Rapeseed oil and pepper you now make a marinade. Of course, you can also change the specified amounts, according to your taste.
  8. Now add this marinade to your coleslaw and mix everything together again. The coleslaw should now sit well for about 2 hours, then it can be consumed.
