What you need:
- Envelope
- Pen
- address stamp, if applicable
Sender and recipient on an envelope with a window
- If you have an envelope with a window you should place the recipient's address on the letter so that the recipient's address can be seen through the window on the envelope.
- If you write the letter with the PC, you can also write your own sender address above it, but with a few font sizes smaller.
- If you are mailing a letter in a windowed envelope, you must have your own Do not necessarily put the sender address outside, but it makes sense that the recipient knows who is from whom the letter is coming.
Here's what to do with an envelope without a window
- If you want to send a letter in an envelope without a window, place the recipient's address on the right-hand side in the middle.
- There are two ways in which you can place the return address on the envelope. However, the first method is the more elegant:
- It is best to write the address on the top left of the envelope, there is then space for the stamp in the top right.
- The other option is to place the address on the back of the envelope on the "lid" of the envelope, that is, on the closing flap.
- In both cases it makes sense that you make an address stamp for your sender address. This makes it quicker to place the address on the envelope
