1. Clean and dry the broken area. There should be no specks of dust or stains on it.

How to fix the sit ball with a nail

A slightly unusual way, but one that works when used correctly, is to fix the stability ball with a heated nail.

1. To do this, heat the tip of a nail with a lighter.
2. Carefully weld the crack with the hot tip. If necessary, warm up the tip again in the meantime.
3. Let the ball cool down and test with a little water that the crack is completely sealed. If small bubbles appear, the hole is not yet tight.
4. If air is still coming out, repeat the process.
