How to fix the sit ball with a nail
A slightly unusual way, but one that works when used correctly, is to fix the stability ball with a heated nail.
- To do this, heat the tip of a nail with a lighter.
- Carefully weld the crack with the hot tip. If necessary, warm up the tip again in the meantime.
- Let the ball cool down and test with a little water that the crack is completely sealed. If small bubbles appear, the hole is not yet tight.
- If air is still coming out, repeat the process.
If you can't get the sit ball fixed at all, throw it away.
