Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of sugar

  • 1 cup of espresso
  • 5 cl liqueur (coffee or orange liqueur)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packets of cream stabilizer
  • 75 grams of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

Homemade biscuit - this is how you make it

  1. Enter the Eggs along with hot water in a mixing bowl. Mix these for a minute on the highest setting until frothy.
  2. Slowly sprinkle the sugar and vanilla sugar into the egg mixture.
  3. Now stir the mixture for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the flour and then the cornstarch. Mix everything well again.
  5. Sieve the baking powder through a fine sieve and slowly stir everything in with the whisk.

  7. Preheat the oven to 175 °.
  8. Fill the homemade biscuit mixture into a baking dish of 20 x 30 cm and bake the biscuit dough for approx. 20 minutes. Of course, you can also use a different shape.

  10. Cut that dough once lengthways, or use a strong thread to pull through the dough.
  11. Sprinkle the floor with either espresso or one liqueur.

  2. In a small separate bowl, stir the mascarpone until smooth.
  3. Fold this under the whipped cream mixture.
