What you need:

  • For four persons:
  • 350 g spaghetti
  • 300 g bacon (for vegetarians / vegans: smoked tofu)
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g sauerkraut
  • 200 ml (soy) cream
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • curry
  • coriander
  • garlic
  • For the casserole:
  • White wine
  • milk
  • grated cheese

Spicy sauerkraut spaghetti with curry is very easy

Spicy sauerkraut-Spaghetti with curry are quick to prepare and add pep to the lunch table. Even beginners will be able to use this recipe without any problems.

  1. Cook in a large saucepan water on. Add the spaghetti with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of olive oil. The olive oil ensures that the Spagehtti does not boil over. Then let them cook al dente according to the instructions on the packet.

You can either add the cooked pasta directly to the pan with the sauce or serve both separately. Sprinkle the finished dish with a little curry - because the eyes eat too.
