  • 3 egg yolks

Boil the artichoke in salted water

If you want to cook artichoke, it will be especially quick if you cook it in a pressure cooker.

  1. Before you can cook the artichoke in the pressure cooker, you must first cut the leaves of the artichoke with scissors. Cut approx. 1/3 third of the leaves off.
  2. Then cut off the stem of the artichoke as well. You can either boil it or dispose of it.
  3. Now bring enough in a pressure cooker water for cooking.

Prepare a dip for the boiled artichoke

  6. You can then remove the pan and stir in the butter in small pieces.
  7. Finally, season the dip with salt and lemon juice and also add the remaining herbs.
  8. When the artichoke is cooked, you can remove the inner leaves and straw.

Now you can serve the dip and the artichoke.
