VIDEO: Switch off stylesheet XSL

If content from a program cannot be displayed in the browser, this is mostly due to Stylesheet XSL. You then have to switch this off in order to be able to use the desired program.

Switch off stylesheet XSL in the browser

1. If certain contents or applications of a website cannot be displayed and the message appears at the same time "The XML input cannot be displayed when stylesheet XSL is used.", So you must stylesheet this switch off.
2. Open the "Settings" in the Internet browser. Now select the "Content" tab and click on "Advanced" after "Activate JavaScript".
3. Check the box next to "Deactivate or replace the context menu" to switch off stylesheet XSL. Confirm this with "OK". Now close the settings and reload the website with "F5".

Use Internet Explorer in the event of a style sheet error

Especially with applications or programs from Microsoft, the message appears that you have to switch off Stylesheet XSL if you use a browser other than the Internet Use Explorer as the default browser. In this case you can switch off the stylesheet as described above or set up Internet Explorer as the standard browser for the application.

1. To do this, first open it. Usually the message appears immediately that Internet Explorer is not a standard browser and whether you want to set it up as such. In this case, confirm this with "Yes".
2. If there is no query, set this manually by clicking on "Extras" in the menu bar and selecting "Internet options".
