How to play Minecraft online

What you need:

• Hamachi program

There are two different ways Minecraft play online. Either you play with the free trial version or log in directly with your user account.

Play Minecraft with a trial version

Download the Hamachi program from the website provided for this purpose and install it on your computer and start it. Hamachi is a free program.

1. A display window now appears in which you can see your individual Hamachi IP.
2. Now click on the option "join an existing network". In this way, you are joining a Minecraft Hamachi network.
3. Now a window appears in which you write the Hamachi IP and the associated password.

4. Now click on "join".
5. In the next step start Minecraft as usual and click on the button "Multiplayer".

Another way to play online

In the following points you will find another variant of how to play Minecraft online.

1. In the first step, start the game as usual.
2. Now, unlike usual, do not click on "Singleplayer", but on "Multiplayer".
3. A line now appears in which you can enter a desired IP address. A listing with IP addresses and servers can be found on the official Minecraft website. Copy an IP address from this list.
4. Now you will automatically join the server.
5. As soon as you have joined the server, a small window will appear stating that you are now logged in and have joined the server.
