However, if you do not want to use a ready-made product, you can also make a tasty turkey filling yourself.

Turkey filling - this is how it's made

  1. For the turkey filling, cut the smoked bacon into small cubes and leave it out in the pan.
  2. Clean the onions and celery and cut both into small cubes.
  3. Rinse the parsley briefly under cold water water and finely chop them. Then add the onion and celery cubes along with the parsley to the bacon in the pan and let everything sear again briefly and vigorously.
