How to put your foot behind your head

  1. In order to get your legs behind your head, lie down on your head and relax move. Grasp your left foot with both hands and pull it toward your navel. Make sure you feel comfortable in the knee.
  2. To bring your legs behind your head, lift your left foot a little vertically and then bring it towards your sternum. If possible, rest your foot on your sternum.
  3. Then bring your foot back upright again and very slowly and carefully pull it towards your forehead.
  4. If you are not very advanced, bring your foot to your right elbow and hold it there for a moment.
  5. If you are more advanced, bring your foot behind your head and place it behind your head on your right elbow. Alternatively, you can continue to hold the foot in your hand.
  6. As an advanced user, you can put your foot behind your neck and fold your hands in front of your chest.
  7. To bring both legs behind your head, do the same with the other foot.
