Connect Facebook with relatives

Start your computer and then the browser you use to log in to Facebook use.

1. Now open the Facebook website and log in there with your respective data.
2. Click on your name on the start page and then select the "Edit profile" button on the right.

6. Now confirm your selection so that the respective person receives a request.

If the request is confirmed, you are officially a relative.

Add more ties to people

Not only can you share distant relatives on Facebook with yours profile but also people who can be found in your vicinity. The following options are available:

• If you have children, you can also connect with them via Facebook. It is also interesting to have the option of specifying expecting children and setting up a Facebook profile for them.
• Spouses who are connected by marriage are of course also considered to be relatives. Should your husband or If your wife is represented on Facebook, you can add them to your profile. Another advantage here is that former classmates and friends can see who the respective person is married to.
• If you are not married, you can also add your current partner on Facebook. This can also be done conveniently using the form that can be found on the "Friends and Family" tab. As with the other categories, confirmation is also required here.
