Facebook: Resend friend request
You have sent someone a friend request on Facebook, but want to repeat this again some time later because the request was not answered? So send this again.
at Facebook you can, similar to almost everyone else Social networks Send friend requests to people you know. These people must then first accept such a request that one can also be virtually friends with one another. Sometimes it happens that someone forgets to accept the invitation or does not know you well enough to accept an initial friend request.
Log in to Facebook and call up your profile
- As a first step, before you can send a friend request again, you have to log into Facebook. To do this, fill in the fields for your on the Facebook home page e-mail-Address and password and you get to your home page by confirming with a click on "Login".
- You can now enter the name of a person in the search field to search for them. So enter the name of the person you'd like to send a friend request to again, then click the correct search suggestion to find the profile to get.
Resend a friend request
- To resend a friend request to the same person before they have answered the previous one, you must first cancel the old friend request.
- To do this, click in the top right corner of the person's profile on "+1 friend request sent" -> "Cancel request" and confirm this command by clicking on "Confirm".
- Now reload the profile page of the person to be added and click on "+1 add friend" in the top right corner of the profile. You can choose to which list the contact should be added if they accept the request.
