Pixelate the face

  6. Now click on "Filter" in the top bar and then on the "Coarsening filter" tab.
  7. In the effect list that appears you will find an effect called "Mosaic". Choose this effect and it will pixelate your face. In a small window that has opened, you can now specify the size of the individual pixels.

Save the photo

Follow the next few steps to successfully save the new photo.

  1. Click on "File" again in the upper right corner.
  2. Then select the "Save as" tab. Caution! Do not press "Save", otherwise your normal picture without a pixelated face will be overwritten.
  3. In the new window you can now determine the storage location and an individual name for your new image.
  4. Finally click on "Save" to complete the process.
