At Christmas we let our creativity run free and decorate whatever we can. Not only bought decorative elements, but also handcrafted decorations are used and everyone designs their home according to their ideas. Some prefer red and gold tones, others dare to use blue and silver and still others combine red and green tones. The main thing is that it pleases and somehow fits Christmas. This should also be reflected in your table decorations for Advent.

  1. First, think about how you want to design the table. Should it be classy but still simple or should it be something pompous and extravagant? If you are aware of this, you can get the appropriate decorative elements.
  2. You can first cover the table with a plain white tablecloth. If you want something more, you can put a red or gold-colored organza over the tablecloth.
  3. Candles should of course not be missing for Advent. You can choose these in the form of tealights, pillar candles or large candles. If you are particularly skilled, you can also make small Christmas arrangements with a candle inside. Alternatively, you can have the arrangements made in a flower shop.
  4. Glass light holders of various sizes or a large glass vessel with a large, thick candle, into which you can fill a few more decorative stones or decorative sand, look particularly stylish.

  6. Napkins should of course not be missing. Here you should also choose monochrome napkins to match the color of the rest of the decoration.
  7. Perhaps you will distribute a few glass beads or walnuts and cones on the table? You can paint or spray them gold in advance, then they go even better with Advent and look a little more noble.
  8. Or you can simply put a few fir branches decoratively on the table, this looks a little more subtle than lavish arrangements.
