Wasps are useful as they are among the insect killers in the garden. As long as they look for their nests in nature and don't get in the way of humans, they should also live undisturbed. But they like to settle in human dwellings. Protection of species or not - wasps under the roof, in the attic or in the blind box do not have to be tolerated if you have small children or an allergy to wasp venom. Wasps that settle under the roof or elsewhere in the house also invade kitchen, bath and children's rooms and are therefore a constant danger.
