the Mailbox on the iPhone can be found under Voicemail. It records your missed calls when the iPhone is turned off or when you didn't answer the call. The iPhone's mailbox is switched on at the factory. However, you have the option of deactivating this
You can easily listen to the mailbox. To do this, tap on the green phone icon. In the bottom line you will find the button for Voicemail on the far right. You are immediately connected to the mailbox and can listen to it.
When you have no new messages, the computer voice suggests several options. Press 1 to go to the main menu. The 3 for settings. With 7 you can set up call diversions and with 5 you get help.
There are no costs for calling up Voicemail. Only the caller incurs charges like a conventional telephone call, since the mailbox works in a similar way to call diversion.
Instead of switching off the voicemail, you can only set the time in seconds after which the mailbox starts. Here you can choose between 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. Accordingly, you need to change the number at the end of the code below. You also need to select the appropriate code for your mobile operator.

- Call up the telephone menuFirst tap on the green receiver symbol to get to the phone menu.
- Select the number blockIn the bottom line, tap on the Number pad menu.

- Confirm with callClick the button with the green call button to start the deactivation. Wait a moment.
- Confirmation of the processIf you have successfully deactivated, this will be confirmed to you. Tapping on "Close" will take you back to the phone menu.
As you can see, disabling voicemail on iPhone is very easy. This can be done with just a few clicks. You no longer have to - as was the case in the past - one SMS or contact the mobile operator directly and have the voicemail deleted for your phone number.
