How to delete the software from your computer

Once you have successfully logged out of ICQ, you can next delete the software from your computer. To do this, however, you should definitely use the correct uninstallation in Windows.

  1. Open the Control Panel and select "Uninstall a program" under the "Programs" menu. Look for the ICQ entry in the new menu and click on it.
  2. Select "Uninstall" in the menu at the top and confirm the process. After a few minutes the deletion of ICQ will be finished and after another restart all remains of the software will be gone from your computer.
