5. When you now start to write your article text, Word automatically fills the wide, left column first. Once you have reached the bottom of the page, Word does not create a page break, but starts at the top of the narrow, right column and also sets a vertical line, which you will use later when cutting can.
6. You can now write your telephone number several times one below the other in the right column. However, if the numbers are directly below each other with small line spacing, your tear-off sheets will be too narrow. You should therefore increase the line spacing of the telephone numbers. If you only mark these beforehand, this has no effect on the line spacing in the item description.

Cropping the tear-off slip - here's how to go about it

• When you have printed out your finished document, you should cut the right edge horizontally several times, so that there are lots of small pieces of paper with your telephone number.
• So that the article description is not damaged when the pieces of paper are torn off, you can cut into each individual number sheet a little on the vertical line. This makes it easier for those interested to lose weight.
