VIDEO: Create an invitation online

Everyone has already made these cards themselves - folded a sheet of white paper in the middle, decorated it a little and put a nice text on the inside. Would you not even like to send a letter to your guests with more individuality? In the upper part of this manual you can read which programs are suitable. Prepare an invitation online - you can do it free of charge on these websites

• They can be different cards on "Myprintcard" or that offer to use "invitation form".
• You can create beautiful invitations yourself on both sides. However, there is one major difference - with the second provider you can do everything for free.

How to create cards on "invitation form"

1. First click on the second link at the top of the first paragraph - you are on the homepage.

2. You have a wide variety of different categories to choose from on the right. You have a kind of list in front of you, starting with "Home ..." and ending with "Imprint ...".
3. Select the category that applies to you, for example "Invitation to a birthday party" - the second link from the top.
4. You are now on the next page and can start creating. Now insert the card heading in the upper box. Now there is still the word "invitation", you can leave it or change it.
5. "Format" is written in the lower right corner of the box. If you click on it, you can give the font a different nice color or a new font and size. Then close the formatting field again.
6. Go to "Salutation and occasion". Here, too, a short text is already given that can be changed and of course changed again.
7. Your guests need to know when and where to celebrate. Enter this data in the third large field - "Card text". You can orientate yourself on the entry. You can also make a change here.
8. Do you like the background color of the displayed map? If not, you can still replace it. Under the label box you will find a lighter, orange-colored wide box with the option "Background" on the left. A link is also included. Click "Color Picker" to recolor the background. You proceed in the same way with the image selection. You can add a nice picture to the card using this option.
9. You can now edit the scope of the offer. Here you choose the frame design, its width and the shape. You can change the current shade of orange via "color selection".
10. In the following, select a card size. You can choose between A4, A5, A6, 10 x 15 and 9 x 13. Each size can of course also be taken vertically or horizontally. If you want, you can also specify custom sizes on the right.
11. You can now print the map directly. To do this, click on the gray button "Preview & Print". You will be shown the completed letter. Scroll down and hit the "Print" button.
12. Would you like to save the image first? No problem. Then do not click on "Preview ..." but choose one of the other options, preferably "JPEG image". With this function, too, you first get to the full view. Right-click on the card, select "Save graphic as" and place the file in the desired destination folder. You can open the image as a JPEG file in an image editing program and print it from there.
