instagram viewer

You can make marbled Easter eggs from real or plastic eggs. The advantages are clearly with the latter, because firstly they are not so sensitive and secondly they already have a hole for the wooden stick. But whichever variant you choose, marbling is really fun - not least because the result is always a surprise.

How to make marbled Easter eggs yourself in no time at all

  1. First, put all the eggs to be colored on a wooden stick.
  2. Select a vessel (e.g. B. a yogurt cup), which is big enough that an Easter egg can be dipped comfortably and fill it up to approx. 3/4 with cold water. Take into account the water displacement during the diving process!
  3. Pour the marbling paint directly from the colored glass into the water. The more color you drip in, the more intense the color will be afterwards. Use at least two but no more than four Colours.
  4. Immediately "warp" the colors with a toothpick.
