The 3DStars-Handcraft is suitable for large and small craft fans. With simple instructions, you will be able to enchant your home with many of these decorative pieces in no time at all.

The simple 3D star crafting

  1. First, take construction paper in the color of your choice. Green, red or gold papers are particularly suitable for Christmas.
  2. Cut out two equal-sized squares from the construction paper. Larger squares of at least 20 x 20 cm are more suitable for children.
  3. Place one of the squares in front of you on the table and first fold the lower left corner to the upper right corner, smoothing out the crease.
  4. Then open the square again and fold the lower right corner to the upper left corner. This fold is then opened again so that two diagonal lines can be seen on the sheet.

  6. In the next step, lay the left side of the square on the right side of the square and smooth out the crease. After opening the paper again, fold the lower half onto the upper half, smooth the crease and open it again. Now you have two lines in the middle and two diagonal lines on the sheet.

Instructions for the end of the 3D star

  1. Now take a pair of scissors and use them to cut the middle lines up to halfway on each side. For example, if the sheet is 20 cm long, the cut is 5 cm each.
  2. In the next step, turn the square over once. Then fold the corners created by the cut inwards, so that there are a total of four spikes that have been positioned around a small square in the middle.
  3. Then take glue and glue the two triangle halves on top of each other so that a 3D effect is created.
  4. When you are done with that, take the second square and fold and glue it in the same way.
  5. Finally, glue the two stars together so that the points on the first star are between the points on the second star. Then you are done with crafting the 3D star.

Following these instructions, you can practice making 3D stars over and over again until you can create the little works of art without any effort. Have fun!
