Delete King.com completely

Simply delete a King.com account completely - this is how it works
- Visit the King.com website and log in with your email address and password.
- The menu item "My Account" is located at the top right. Click on it.
- The page with the general account information opens. At the very bottom, outlined in red, is the "Close my account" field.
- Read the account closure information in the box carefully and then click the "Close Account" button.
- A small window will open to confirm the closure of the account. Click O. K. to irrevocably delete your King.com account completely.

Closing a gold account at King.com - this is how you must proceed
- It is a little different with a gold player-Account. To close this, you should first request a payout of your credit (My Account - Payouts).
- If you have received the money that was still available in your account, you can now take the next step. Use the contact form to contact customer service and request that your account be closed.
- As soon as King.com has been closed, you will receive a confirmation of the complete deletion of your account and the removal from the mailing lists.
- This processing can take a few days, so be patient.
Please make sure that the e-mail-Address of the deleted account at King.com is blocked. Re-registration with the same address is not possible at any time.
