  • Human contacts and relationships in which you do not have to perform anything but are accepted - and perhaps even loved - for who you are are useful for this.
  • Therefore, maintain your friendships and family relationships adequately. Especially good friends can be an important support in difficult life situations.

Feeling worthless can put a strain on the mind. Instead of "surrendering" to this feeling, find ways to counter it.
