VIDEO: Easter bunny and chicken
Make an Easter bunny out of paper
- For the Easter bunny made of brown construction paper, draw a circle with a diameter of 8 cm. Cut this out and fold the circle in both diagonals.
- Then turn the circle over and now fold the center line. Now fold both quarter circles inwards over the center line.
- Then cut off the top tip.
- Now make the head of the Easter bunny by drawing and cutting out two circles with a diameter of about 2-3 cm. Glue these two circles together, but first slide the body (at the cut-off tip) between the adhesive surfaces.
- Now cut out two ears and glue them to the head of the Easter bunny, then cut two small circles and glue them to the back circles as tails.
- Now take white paper and cut out the whiskers and stick them on the face, plus a small circle for the eye, in which you draw a pupil with the black pencil.
- Now cut out the inside of your ears in white from the paper and glue it onto the brown ears.
- The Easter bunny made of construction paper is ready.

How to make a chicken for Easter
- The instructions correspond to those of the Easter bunny. Except that you cut out a yellow circle with a diameter of 8 cm for the chicken. The head consists of two smaller yellow circles. You fold and glue them together just like you would with the rabbit.
- Now you need red construction paper for the chicken. Use it to cut out a cockscomb and a throat pouch and glue them to the head.
- Now cut out a pointed beak for the chicken from orange construction paper and glue it on.
- The tail and wings are cut out of red or other colored paper and glued on.
The Easter bunny and the chicken can decorate your Easter table or stand on a shelf between brightly painted eggs as part of the Easter decoration.
