How to write a reflection report

  2. You can divide a reflection report into three main parts: introduction, main part and conclusion.
  3. Always write this type of report in the first person due to its personal nature.
  4. Start on a scrap of paper and only write down the report on clean paper in handwriting or in a printed version at the end of the processing.
  5. The first section describes the situation. Here you should include the most important information such as topic, content and location.
  6. In the main part you answer the entire review and show what you have learned, what decision you made during your project and why you did it. The goal setting and failure to achieve the goals are also listed in the main part.
  7. The conclusion includes all points that are oriented towards the future. This includes the suggestions for the project, your own assessment but also the further plans for the activity.
  8. You should always write a reflection report in a structured form, i.e. introduction, main part and conclusion. Appropriate subheadings are also welcome in a review.
