With a body weight of 60 kilograms that would be 60 - 90 grams of protein per day. That increases your metabolism and makes sure of that body has enough building blocks available for cell renewal.

The second most important step is now an athletic training. You should do endurance sports for at least 30 minutes at least twice a week. This increases the metabolism and blood flow to the whole body. In addition, you do a short 10-minute ab workout every day. The training is more short and regular than long and irregular.

  1. For the exercise, lie on your back on a mat or thin rug.
  2. Bend your legs, press your lumbar spine firmly against the floor, and raise your head with your chin on your chest.
  3. Now stretch your arms straight next to your thighs and use them to make Fechel movements up and down. These should be short and quick.
