• A rest at noon does not necessarily mean a nap.
• Small children or Babies, old or sick people often take a little nap - but you can also just relax or rest. Be it with a good book or while listening to music or watching TV.
• In Spain, for example, the afternoon rest is known as the siesta. For the siesta in Spain, like here in Germany, the shops are usually closed.

• If you vacuum, you should make sure that you are not too brutal with the vacuum cleaner and that it bumps into everywhere when you pull it behind you, thus making noise.
• If it is a small teat, you should carry the teat in one hand and hold the suction tube with the other hand.
• Make sure that you do not move furniture around unnecessarily and that you step quietly so that your neighbors hear as little vacuum cleaner noise as possible.
• Depending on which floor you have (parquet, Tiles, Laminate etc.) you can first remove coarse dirt with a broom or feather duster. That is much quieter than one vacuum cleaner and also protects your vacuum cleaner bag.
• There are also small hand-held vacuum cleaners on the market with which you can vacuum away light dirt without causing as much noise.
