Private customers, commercial customers, particularly rich customers, for exclusive villas, shops, single-family houses, rental apartments? Are there others in your market who already offer the same service? How do you want to be different? Do you advertise with advertisements and / or on Facebook? Is there enough customer base for you to survive financially? What are your prices? Do you need a phone, a computer and a small office to get started?
  • By answering these questions, you have answered the essential parts of the real estate agent business plan.
