Where and how you can submit a forwarding order

• You can conveniently view and download the forwarding order online. To do this, go to the PIN Mail AG homepage Download area and print out the required form as well as important filling instructions.
• If you would like more information about your PIN AG request or have additional questions, you should contact the company's service center and contact them by phone or email take up..
• It is also possible to personally visit one of the PIN partner shops and fill out the application there. A list of the possible shops can be found on the PIN Mail AG homepage.

This is how you fill out your PIN AG request for forwarding

• After you have printed out the form, fill in the required fields and then send the application by fax or post to PIN Mail AG. You can also fill out the form online before printing it out.
• The reason for the request should be given in any case. Usually this is a move or a temporary stay in another location.

• The signature must not be forgotten under any circumstances! Otherwise the document is not valid. It should also be noted that no parcels or advertising mail are forwarded. If you expect a parcel to be sent, you should inform the sender of the new address in good time.

Chargeable forwarding requests

• With a PIN AG request to be forwarded abroad or to a post office box address in Germany, fees are incurred that you should calculate in advance. Chargeable applications must be applied for personally in one of the PIN partner shops.
• If you would like your PIN mail letters to be forwarded to a PO box address, official documents such as e. B. Certificates of service from the court. Here it should be considered in good time how the delivery of important documents can be secured.

Submit the forwarding form in good time

• If you want to receive your letters at your new address without delay, you should send the forwarding order to PIN Mail AG at least 5 days before your planned move. So you can be sure that you will receive your PIN mail letters in good time at your new address.
• A Pin AG forwarding request can only be applied for once for 6 months. An extension for a further six months is then also possible on request.
• You can place an order to forward your mail either when you are planning to move house or when you are temporarily absent, e. B. during a stay abroad.
