VIDEO: Smartbar has stopped working

With the Smartbar, Firefox offers easier surfing in Internet. However, only until the message "Smartbar has stopped working" is displayed. You can either repair it or, if you do not need the smartbar, uninstall it.

Uninstall the surfbar if it no longer works

1. Although the Smartbar is stored as an add-on in Firefox, you must also uninstall it via the "Programs and Features" in the "Control Panel".

Repairing the smartbar
