So you can cover a school bag with fabric
- Take a school cone blank that has already been turned into a bag or a school cone that has not yet been turned, which you have drawn in a cone shape on cardboard and cut out. The advantage of a school cone that has not yet been twisted is that it is much easier to cover with fabric.
- If you only want to cover your school cone with one fabric, iron the fabric and cut it to the shape and size of your school cone. If you want to cover them with individual strips of fabric, cut them to size.
- Spray the bag with spray glue. With individual strips of fabric, however, do not spray the entire area, but only the area that you need for each individual strip.
- You wrap the twisted school cone piece by piece in the fabric and pull it straight again and again. With the school cone that has not yet been twisted, hold the fabric taut with one hand and smooth it out piece by piece.
- The seams and transitions between the lengths of fabric can be covered with decorative ribbons or cords. Use fabric glue to do this.
