Grow arugula as a rediscovered leafy vegetable

  • If you want 2 to 3 harvests, cut off the rocket with scissors just below the last tuft of leaves. So the petioles should still remain.
  • If you only want to harvest arugula once, cut it very low down or tear it right out with the roots.
