Usually you will find the German Google-Page German automatically displayed as language. Because when a search query is made, Google recognizes the language in which you are searching via the URL field and displays the corresponding page. For example, if you enter English search terms, it opens www.google.com instead of www.google.de. If the automatic recognition fails or does not meet your expectations, you can quickly switch the page to German.

Since Google has made its site even more user-friendly, the switch is on different browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer identical. The procedure can also be applied to all other PC operating systems such as Windows, Linux and MacOS.

With just a few clicks, Google speaks German to you again.

  1. Switch Google Home. if the Google Suche is not set to German by default, click on "Google.de offered in: German". If that doesn't work, go to step 2.

If you have a GoogleAccount you can also switch to German or other languages ​​in just a few steps.

It is no longer necessary to log out and log in for the changes to take effect. Google has made it easier to switch languages. The change also includes all other Google services, the browser and the toolbar.
