- First of all, please note that you do not have to log in or register with DHL in order to send parcels with the Packstation or to frank these parcels.
- You can get the stamps for franking the parcel either online from DHL or directly at the packing station. Sending parcels with the Packstation is one euro cheaper than at the post office counter and is possible for as little as € 5.90.
- Stick the label on the package and press on the screen of the respective packing station "Packstation for everyone" or, if necessary, sign up with your personal DHL card or yours PIN.
- Now press "Insert shipment" and hold the package with the label under the scanner so that the barcode can be read.
- Choose a compartment of the right size for your package.
- After you have placed the package in the packing station for shipping and closed the compartment, the process is complete and you will receive a receipt for the delivery.
