How do you benefit from the DHL parcel labels?

With online franking, as already mentioned above, you can buy your DHL parcel stickers online and print them out as a PDF.

  • This means that you are not bound by any opening times to frank your parcel.
  • You can give your parcel with a DHL parcel label to the postman or hand it in at a DHL Packstation.
  • You save postage.
  • Simply send your parcel as a parcel weighing up to two kilos and you can track the progress of the shipment.

This is how you can print your PDF parcel label from DHL

  1. Visit the Online franking from DHL.
  2. Work through all the necessary selection options one after the other. Select your desired type of shipment, the desired product and any desired services. Read the existing explanations of the individual products carefully, they are designed to be very helpful.
  3. Then enter your sender details in the sender field on the left. Now enter the recipient address in the address field on the right. Check carefully both the sender and the address. Every mistake you make here will appear later on your DHL parcel label or in your PDF.
  4. You still have to decide whether your package should be delivered to a packing station or not. With a Packstation, the recipient is not bound by any opening times.
  5. When you have checked and selected everything, you will see the postage price at the bottom right. If everything is correct, you can now put your DHL parcel label in the shopping cart.
  6. You will now see your selection again and you can still make corrections. If you wish, you can also select the "Pick-up" service here.
  7. Decide on your preferred payment method.
  8. Enter an email address to which you will receive your order confirmation.
  9. After ticking the usual and necessary terms and conditions, proceed to payment. You will be forwarded according to your selection and can process your payment on the partner page of the payment company, e.g. PayPal. You will then return to DHL online franking.
  10. Your DHL parcel label can either be printed out with Java using your browser or downloaded as a PDF download. Both variants are explained in great detail and are easy to understand.
  11. Print your DHL parcel label on a normal white sheet and stick it on your parcel.
