Vanilla flavored milk ice cream

  1. This is a recipe for around five servings. If you are using real vanilla pods: Slice the vanilla pod and scrape the seeds out of the pods and keep both in a safe place.
  2. Heat the milk in a pot. Make sure that the milk does not burn. The best way to prevent this is to stir. The milk should be hot but not yet boiling.
  3. Add the vanilla flavor or the real pods and seeds. The pods should soak in the milk for at least 10 minutes. You can then remove the pods again and dispose of them.
