Where can I find the chronicle

1. You can open the Firefox browser via the start bar. Wait until it has fully started and can be used.
2. You can now find the entry "Chronicle" in the menu bar, which can be opened with the mouse.
3. Here you can see not only the last visited websites, but also the button "Show complete history".
4. A new window will now open, via which you can jump to the desired time frame. This can e.g. B. be the past month in which you found an interesting website and then lost sight of it again.

Remove the history in Firefox

If you use the computer with several people, it is sometimes advisable to use the complete timeline to remove regularly. You can achieve this in such a way that private data is not passed on.

1. Open the Firefox browser again and take a look at the menu here. You can find the entry "Extras" there.
2. There select "Clear recent history" and wait for the new window.
3. Here you can find some time specifications that describe until when the history can be deleted. You can choose here e.g. B. "The last hour" if you have used the Firefox browser in the past 60 minutes.
4. If you want to recommend a larger part of the chronicle, you can also select a different entry and z. B. Remove the entire day ("Today's Chronicle") or everything ("Everything").
5. Note that the history cannot be restored, which is particularly annoying if you have not saved a valuable website and can no longer find it. You can get used to saving URLs in the e-mail- Drafts so that they are not lost and remain private at the same time.
