  • 12 metal angles, 10 x 10 x 4 x 0.5 cm (D)
  • Wood screws
  • Wood glaze

  • You can get the boards you need for a beer bench with a backrest at the hardware store. Always use solid wood here. What kind of wood You use it for this is up to your taste. Dark benches can also be very beautiful.
  • You should process the wood as natural wood and paint it with wood glaze after completion. So you always have the option, if the beer bench no longer looks nice, to freshen it up with a wood glaze.

Building the beer bench - the work steps

  1. First take a wooden board (A) and lay it out.
  2. Now attach the two wooden boards (B) to the wooden board (A) using the metal brackets (D). Proceed here in such a way that you mount both boards (B) 30 cm within the left and right of the board (A). Use 6 brackets (D) for each plate.
  3. Now you have finished the seat. Now mount the two metal brackets (C) with the short side under the seat directly next to the footplates. Then set up the beer bench.
  4. Now mount the second wooden board (A) as a backrest on the metal brackets (C).
  5. When you have finished assembling the beer bench, you should sand down the edges of the seat and the backrest so that you cannot injure yourself later. Finally, all you have to do is paint the beer bench with wood glaze and the work is done.
