After you have selected the right furniture for your kitchen, all you should do now is assemble it and equip it with built-in appliances. This also includes the installation of a gas stove and electric oven.

Integrate gas stove and electric oven - that's how it works

The following guide has been created so that you will not run into trouble if you have a gas stove and an electric oven in your kitchen want to incorporate.

  1. The first job to be done is measuring your kitchen. Then you should see where the gas supply line and the power socket are attached. You will need both to connect your gas stove and your electric oven later. The two built-in devices should therefore be screwed to the kitchen cabinets in the immediate vicinity of the connections.
  2. Now screw the gas stove to one of your built-in cupboards. Since your gas stove is actually just a work surface with four burners, you should take a built-in cupboard and screw the work surface to the same.
  3. In contrast to the electric oven, your work area does not need a lot of space. This work area is simply stapled with small brackets on the front and the back of the built-in cupboard. You should only make sure that the connections for the gas supply line are easily accessible later when you want to connect the gas stove to the gas line.

Insert the second built-in device

After you have integrated the gas stove in a built-in cabinet, it is now the turn of the electric oven.

Installing the kitchen - you should consider that

You don't always have to call the craftsman when it comes to building a kitchen ...

  1. Measure the depth and width of your electric oven and look for the right built-in cabinet in the kitchen. When this is done, you should place the built-in cabinet near the high-voltage power outlet.
  2. Then take your electric oven and slide it into the built-in cabinet. On the sides of the electric oven - unlike the gas stove - you will find small eyelets. If you've done everything correctly, these eyelets should be on the inside of the wood of the built-in wardrobe. You can now screw the electric stove to your built-in cabinet with small screws through these eyelets.
  3. Then you should just attach the two panels to the front of the oven with clamps and you have a gas stove and an electric oven integrated into your kitchen. Pay attention to the power cable of the oven - this cable should later be freely accessible for connecting the electric oven.

You should leave the connection of the gas stove and the electric oven to a specialist.
