• Luckily, losing your hotline top-up number is not a problem. You now know a few ways to get the number back. It becomes problematic - and unfortunately unsolvable - if you lose the receipt with the top-up number.
• You need a code to top up your E-Plus credit. You can get this in supermarkets, at the kiosk and in many other shops. You are free to choose the amount of credit to be topped up.
• With the exception of top-ups in the E-Plus shop, you will only receive a receipt on which the top-up number is noted. In the shop you can sometimes get a plastic card that contains a code.
• Whichever version you get: The top-up number can be compared to cash. Each code is only issued once and expires as soon as the top-up number has been used to top up.
• If you lose the code, you have no chance of getting it back. In order to top up your E-Plus credit, you unfortunately have to purchase another top-up number.

So in the future, watch out for your top-up number as carefully as you watch out for cash. In this case, lost once unfortunately means that the code is considered to be lost forever.
