Save the PDF file as an image

If you have a PDF-File and would like to have the individual pages as an image file, you can do this in different ways.

  • On the one hand, you can take a screenshot of the respective page and then add a Save image processing program, whereby this procedure is basically only for a few pages worth it. at Windows you would have to use the "Druck" (or "Print") key for this, or press Cmd + Shift + 3 on a Mac. To paste it into an image editing program, all you have to do is press Ctrl + C (Mac: Cmd + C). On the Mac, you also have the option of having the screenshot saved directly as a PNG file on your desktop by additionally using the Ctrl key, i.e. pressing Ctrl + Cmd + Shift + 3.
  • On the other hand, you can also have several pages converted at once using a program. For that you can Freeware like for example the Converter Use "PDF24 Creator" or the image editing programs "GIMP" or "Seashore".
  • Alternatively, you can also use your PDF file without an additional software by using an online converter such as PDF2JPG.

If you want to make a JPG file from every page of your PDF file, you can do so quickly and easily using the PDF2JPG online service.

Convert DOC to JPG - that's how it works

If you want to convert one of your DOC files to JPG image format, you can do this ...

  1. To do this, open the service in the web browser you are using.
  2. Click on the button "Select file" in the middle of the website.
  3. Select your PDF file and select it with "Open". Make sure that the PDF file is not larger than 15 MB and that it is not password-protected, otherwise PDF2JPG will not process the file.
  4. Select the desired quality next to it on the right. The default setting is "Good", but you can also increase ("Excellent") or decrease ("Average") the quality.
  5. Now you can optionally enter your e-mail address below on the left in order to receive an e-mail when the conversion is finished. Since uploading your PDF file and converting it should take relatively little time, you generally do not have to do this.
  6. Then click the "Convert PDF to JPG" button.
  7. Wait for your PDF file to upload, which you can see in the status bar at the bottom of most browsers. You will then be automatically redirected to a new page.
  8. As soon as the conversion is finished, you can see the individual JPG files at the top right.pictures view ("View") or download them individually ("Download"). Alternatively, you can download all the pictures at once by clicking on the "download your pictures ..." link under "Zip archive".
