Make snow decorations for the nursery yourself

Ideas for different snow decorations
The snow decoration for your children's room can be done by yourself with few and inexpensive materials. The nice thing about these handicraft ideas is the participation of the children, who will certainly enjoy creating something by hand.
- With standard household cotton or cotton balls from the cosmetics department, you can make great snow chains for the window by simply threading them on a string. To bring color into play or to make a Christmas snow chain, you can attach motifs cut out of construction paper between the cotton balls.

How to make a snowman for the window
These snowmen are wonderfully suitable as snow decorations not only for the children's room. Since this snowman is easy to make, it is particularly suitable for working with relatively young children.
- First, paint three different sized circles on white cardboard. Furthermore, draw the contours of the hat for the snowman on black cardboard.
- Now cut out the motifs neatly with scissors.
- Now the children come into play. The eyes, nose and mouth are now glued onto a circle using the craft corn.
- The other circles get black dots, which are also attached to the circles with the craft corn.
- After drying, hang the individual parts of the snowman on a string so that there is still some space between the parts. This creates a kind of mobile.
As an alternative to the craft corn, your children can simply paint the snowman or cut out the shapes from construction paper or foam rubber.
