How to print the postcard

  1. You now need A6 size paper. Ideally, this should be particularly heavy and stable, e.g. B. a carton with a grammage of 360 - 400 grams.
  2. Appropriate photo paper that can be printed on both sides is also suitable for photos.
  3. If you cannot find any postcards that can be printed on, you can simply cut A4 paper of the appropriate weight in half lengthways and widthways and then have your A6 cards.
  4. Place the cards in the printer and slide the limit levers to the appropriate position.
  5. Start the print job from Word. In the printer dialog, make sure that the correct paper format has been selected. The best thing to do is to print on the front only, reload the paper and then print the back.

As you can see, it can be so easy to create postcards yourself. If your printer cannot process A6 format, you have the option of four cards on a DIN-A4 page and then to print on plain paper, then all you have to do is cut the cards to size.
