• A sun sail is attached to the balcony at a height where you can still look out while sitting and still be protected from the rain. It can be cleaned by hand, but machine wash up to 40 ° C is also possible.
• This mobile rain cover is installed with a slight incline under the balcony of your top tenant so that the rain can run off. The distance to the parapet of your balcony can be chosen so that it does not drip onto a balcony in the basement.

Installation of a sun sail on the balcony

1. Two clamp brackets are attached to the parapet of your balcony, inclined outwards, and a steel cable is stretched between them.
2. Now the sun sail is inserted and expanded to its maximum size. Two of you hold the sail in the end position and now mark where the two angles for the upper steel cable have to be mounted.
3. The mounting brackets are attached to the balcony ceiling.
4. The upper steel cable is also tensioned.
5. Finally, the awning is finally attached with hooks and can now be opened and closed depending on the purpose.

If you grease the steel cables before use, the sun sail runs particularly easily.
