How can I log out of Facebook?
When you've had enough of the Facebook social network because you'd rather be able to contact other people, you can unsubscribe.
Who once at Facebook logged in will not be forced to spend the rest of their life on the social network. You can also unsubscribe in a few steps. A distinction must be made between deleting an account and ending a session.
Delete the account on Facebook
- If you have a Facebook account you want to unsubscribe, you have to log into the Facebook website. Give yours for it e-mail-Address and your chosen password in the login fields at the top right.
- At the very top right of the displayed start page or on your profile page you will find a small arrow that you can open by clicking with the mouse.
- There in the menu you will find the link to the Facebook help section. This is the only way to completely and irrevocably delete the account.
- Enter the keyword "delete" in the search bar above and view the individual topics.
- When asked "How can I permanently delete my account?" have arrived, open it and follow the instructions. To do this, click on the blue highlighted text in the middle of the text. It reads "here to submit your request".
- Now confirm that you really want to delete your Facebook account.

Or maybe you don't want yours Account delete from Facebook, just log out of your current session.
- In this case go to the homepage or your profile page of Facebook again and click on the small arrow in the top right corner.
- You will now see the option "Log out" in the drop-down menu. If you click on this, you are offline and have to log in again if you want to be active on Facebook.
When logging in, always make sure that your access data is not saved, especially on public ones Computers, otherwise you risk that someone else will be on your account even though you have logged out logs in.
