How to sew a pencil case out of a truck tarpaulin

A lot of different things can be made out of a truck tarpaulin: Bags, Pencil cases, purses - there are almost no limits to your imagination.   7. Take the bias tape, unfold it, and sew it along the edge from one side over the flap to the other side. Then fold it over and sew the other edge in place as well. The seam created by the sewing should be completely covered.
